Anyone remember the Bula hat craze??

Very vague memories but I do remember being convinced by MBUK (and Mint Sauce) that these things were cool! So I bought one - hoping to look as cool, hooning around with some very lairy (and even at the time, a bit 80's) splatty 'Californian' patterned hat type beret thing on the head - post ride/race hanging out style. Nasty.

Anyone got any pics? Well funny.

Still got my Bula headband somewhere. I used to use it to keep my flowing locks out of my face. I might start wearing it again to keep the sweat from running straight down into my eyes unemcumbered asit is, by hair.
I will find it and take a photo although I fear it will just look like a very skinny LSD snake.

yeh I remember, kinda funny at 1 of the malvern hills classics, its 27deg & people everywhere are wearing thermal ski hats

No pics kicking around and it's well gone these days.
Although looks like Bula are still going strong! The ones I remember were like berets, not thermal ski hats??
