Anyone recognise this steel 'saracen' frame?

Thinking of buying this frame, which is an old but unused saracen, but has no decals on it. I've no idea what model it is. Any ideas?

It's purple (well duh!), weighs 2.68kg, and is a 19". The seller doesn't know the model either but it comes from a batch of frames from when saracen folded, back in the day, before being reborn.

It looks kind of anodised, but it's steel. No idea what sort of steel, but 2.68kg ain't so bad, so probably not cheap hi-tensile. More likely cromoly, and looks like it might be butted tubes, not plain.

Whoops! Forgot the pic!

This is it. Recognise it? No disc mounts, so a few years old.

I had one very similar, weighing in at 2.99kg, never found out the model, but it did have Tange butted tubing (sticker said so), if that helps.

Yeah, not quite the same is it. Ah well, maybe someone'll know what it is. I'm probably buying it anyhow, but I'm curious to try and put a name to it. It's like buying supermarket single malts and trying to name the distillery.

IF and its quite a large IF - I remember this matt blue colour correctly

this was the one with all the yellow plastic kit on it - quite low end unfortunately, but as I was last asleep 10am friday saturday morning, my brain also reads 'TILT' in large letters.

Bought the frame. Now I need to pimp it out in purple anodised and yellow (or maybe orange)! :p

Saw someone selling a Tange sus fork. Were they any good?
