Anyone ordered a frame from China recently?

Anyway , when I was looking to buy a frame around April the shipping times were quoting 4-5 months due to covid. This was from Walty. Not sure who the OP has used.

4-5 months?Then maybe I should cut them a bit of slack so.Its a difficult time for a lot of businesses.

That's a Crazy timescale, I'm sure that's just to cover their arses, these places pump out carbon frames 24/7 so there should only really be the shipping time + a bit of delay for Covid19 (shipping mostly seems almost back to normal now).
If it's a big business as you say then they should be contacting you to let you know the state of play, you really don't need to cut them any slack, after all, they've had your money for the last few months, whilst you haven't yet got the frame.

I'd open a case regardless at this point. You only have a certain window to open one in after which you have no real way of getting your £ back if you don't get the frame.

Yeah,Im chuffed.I got an email from them earlier apologising profusely and immediately offering a replacement frame.I told them it had just arrived and all good.I couldve scored a free frame but that aint right.
