might be a merlin as in merlin cycles, the UK store that sold reasonable but unexciting far east made alu frames.

Only if you need a bike to ride.
It's not really worth anything for parts.

Still sells them afaik, and they've always done very well in bike magazine performance tests when compared to exciting far east made alu frames from better known brands.

It will make a good ride at a fraction of the price of top names, if that's more important than the badge.

Just saw it didn't sell at a start price of £18. :shock: Would have been a great bargain at that price even with postage added.
