I have been looking at the flood risk map on the web, and identified areas which didn't flood. http://maps.environment-agency.gov.uk/w ... 33&scale=2

I haven't had had a real chance to get out and look yet, only got told this week. Got a couple of months or so before we have to move.

Away from civilisation sounds great to me.

The local track is run by my club,they paid for all the re-surfacing a few years ago,there is training on a Wednesday evening and racing every Friday evening plus open events on weekends,they've also hosted some national events in the past couple of years,if you want a go when you move over here let me know and I'll put you in touch with the club chairman,we also have bikes available

The only thing I know about Scunthorpe is that some swear filters reject or amend it!
