Anyone know how this freewheel comes off?

No, UG is six speed. You can fit an 7 speed HG cassette on some UG hubs. The wheel will need redishing and respacing.
Well, UG was available up to 8 speed, but this FH body likely only takes a 6 speed UG cassette.

The compatibility is the other way round....ie you cant fit hyperglide onto uniglide...but you can fit uniglide onto the first generation of hyperglide freehubs. You can tell the first gen as they still have the threaded end to accept the uniglide screw on sprocket.

And yes...prepare for blood, sweating, swearing and possibly snapped teeth...human and bike....🤣

I have a wheel that was 105 6 speed UG that I've fitted a 7 speed HG freehub to.

I would be genuinely interested to see it....because as far as i thought, uniglide freehubs lacks the single wider spline needed to fit a hyperglide cassette, plus, how was it held on as uniglide doesn't have a lock ring thread inside the freehub? 🤔.

Sure its not a uniglide series hub with a hyperlide freehub replacement?

Im genuinely interested, as I wouldn't put it past shimano to have some kinda bastard standard, just to fudge things up...like durace stuff! 🤣

I think we're at cross purposes mate. I changed the freehub. I didn't fit an HG cassette on a UG body.
The freehub I fitted had both the external thread for the smallest sprocket and the internal thread for the HG lock ring. The freehub has the narrow master spline for HG. The hub was 6 speed 105 1050. As far as I know UG doesn't have different spline sizes they are all equal width.
