Hi,
based on your memories I would guess the "C98..." serial number means it's from 1998 and the model name seems to be "Winners".
It's not even a CroMo frame, but just HiTen steel, also the used Shimano parts do not even belong to a starter group like Alivio or Acera, but are real low cost stuff.
Just in case you're wondering if it's worth to sell it, rather not.
