Anyone good with DH? (DownHill)

As an ex racer I've given the boy some advice on frames and set up

He just needs to get a bike, protective kit Inc a proper full face helmet ( Troy Lee d2 as a minimum) and get practicing

Build up to fast runs and watch the landings on big gaps.... Remember to use your arms and legs to absorb the landings

Look ahead and remember races are won or lost in corners.

Going to stop now as it sounds like I'm giving some motivational bollocks
