Anyone ever been satisfied with Cantilever brakes ?

Thinking about it, I ran a cantilever at the back and a disc at the front many moons ago

Cantilevers on early suspension forks were really awful

Honestly I have no explanation for this fork. It has mounts for canti's/V's and disc brakes. Also a 1" steerer tube. I have XT canti's on it. It handles much better than the Mag21.

They worked well enough for the time, and still do a good enough job but have been superseded.

My solution with drop bars is V brakes and these levers, a combo that works way better than I have ever managed to get any cantis to work

V brakes give less clearance to wide tires. Deflate and inflate after remove a front wheel. Just yesterday i took the bike off the car, put wheel back and pedaled in a hurry; can´t do that on v brakes so no deal
