Anyone else long term single and genuinely happy?

Re:

Nope.. but I love the idea :) especially after just having seen The Sweetest Thing (2002) with ms Diaz

whatever path you're taking - "shine on you crazy diamond"

Agreeing with Highlandflier mostly on this. It was amazing fun playing the field for so long but family life trumps all that many many times over. That being said, if I could have a secret clone in a parallel universe, he would just carry on being a feral beast.

I rent London property to a lot of late 30s/40s single women, who seem to have given up on finding Mr Right. They seem to have unrealistic expectations and end up getting toyed with by bad men from time to time. Women do like a bad man. There are also so many young good looking single guys that have no inclination or ability to chat women up in person, as we did before internet dating. I guess free porn takes care of their needs. There's an old saying, if it flies, floats or fuxxs, hire it and quite a few of these young guns seem to enjoy the latter.

I'm forty-something, and I quite like who I am, and there's no way I'm changing now so if you don't like what you see, it's too bad. I just don't see how anyone could stand a chance with me now, anyone new coming into my life has to have a bloody good reason to be there!

Um - maybe because they have some really nice bikes ... :xmas-big-grin:
