Anyone around Chipping Norton / Woodstock

Anyone live in North Oxfordshire who knows their way around Rock Shox?
I don't know anything about them and would like to find out how to set them up

Thanks Guys, they are Rock shox quadra 21 forks.
They just initially want someone to give them a look over.

Hello there,

I forgot about this, I am no expert by any means and have taken a few rock shox judy forks apart but a wild guess would be knackered elastomer?

Can have a look if you wish? do they still do spares before you decide to take them apart?
