Have once got my embrocation cream and chamois cream mixed up,very painful Never buy all your products from the same manufacturer in similar packaging!

I use Assos if I'm going to be riding for more than an hour. A little bit of the stuff goes a long way I used to 'man up' but then decided anout a year ago that discretion was the better part of valour.

Normally use Minty Arse Lard™ (aka Assos) but currently using Rapha chamois cream. Rapha is nice, but my inner sadomasochist misses the mintyness
