anybody recognise these frames?

Whose garage, I wonder. Cash on collection only, selling for a mate, could it be any dodgier?
 
A bike person would NEVER put a frame down on tarmac/concrete with nothing to protect the paint !!!

But a lot of you think there's nothing wrong with turning a bike upside downtown fix it, scratching the shifters and levers and saddle!

Yep, but they're MY shifters & saddle and I'll scratch them if I want to!

I've just turned my bike upside down to work on it and can hear the shifters scraping on the floor :D :D :D

But back on topic... I've no idea what the frames are, not the greatest of pictures, and does sound a little "dodgy" to say the least. I'd guess they were post 1997 frames though, look fairly modern.
