Any Surly fork experts about...??

Don't know much about these rigid forks, struggling to find the exact ones online. Rim and disc brake compatible, hose guides down back, no rack bosses. 420mm a to c. Nearest I came up with was Origin8, or some such.
Would appreciate any help ID'ing!

Simple answer - probably
I'm impressed with them but don't really *need* them, but could do with funds for other projects at some point. Hence wanting to ID them properly so can price them up...
