Hi everyone. I'm after a pair of red zmax tyres. They are going to be used to recreate my brothers P7 in the same spec as he built it up in 1995. Also any white smoke/dart magic tyres...cheers.
Any red Z-Max for sale?

Hi and thanks for that info...I'm new to this so how do I contact Jez? (i'm also a bit of a general technophobe so I haven't got a clue about forums etc!) would be excellent if I could get my hands on a pair....I saw somebody ride past me with red zmax on their bike a month ago, I should have ran after them but that might have been weird!

thanks for that...i actually figured out how to contact jez, (an realised i had posted something to him already!) unfortunately he dosn't have any spares but if anyone does find they have sparte red zmax i'll definately have them.

There was an Ebayer called "racers2000db9" selling some 1.7s on Ebay recently (similar name on Retro Bike). He had a few NOS pairs.

It may be worth contacting him but be careful that he doesn't try and sell you some with cracked degraded sidewalls. Myself and another Ti Bolt owner bought some. The other buyer sent the pair back and got a full refund. I had to send one back and got a replacement but he still owes me for my return postage!

i gotta say thank you to everyone for the response!
i stupidly gave my red z-max to my other 'non cycling' brother (he is very fat so thought a bike would help him dent his 20 stone weight) and i gave him my old 95 silver rigid GT Pantera (with lots of shiney bits on it) which he immediately stored in his water logged cellar and the tyres got wrecked!
(The Pantera has since been salvaged and i stuck a bunch of new cheapish parts on it to get it useable (but wish i'd never given it away in the first place) it looks great but not up to the standard of some of the droolworthy bikes i've seen on here!
