I am the only one here who owns and in my case very much admires a sit up and beg roadster? They might seem mundane to some but much of the world still gets around on them but they do seem to get passed over on bike forums, except in the English three speed thread elsewhere of course.
Whilst not my best bikes I derived a lot of pleasure transforming them from rather shabby bikes I would not ride regularly to my everyday transport.
The Sprite replica I have posted up before but there is also a Peugeot A-08 I bought for nostalgia's sake and rebuilt as a VX40FC replica, another model that was not sold in the UK but did have SA 3 speed drum brake hubs and yes the seat does need tilting back slightly.
Does anyone else have one they wish to share?
The view from the cockpit of some very comfortable SR riser bars.
