Any know what the brakes are?

I bought a Proflex bike that had been locked away for over seven years and was used very little before that. I am really enjoying the ride. Anyhow can anyone tell me what these brakes are?

Look like MachineTech adjustable pull.

deffo machine tech, pre v-brakes. Might work anyway with vees, though.
