Any info on this Coda road crankset?

I just bought a coda road crankset. Previous owner said it came off a caad4 frame however I found no clue on them on the net. Vintage cannondale catalogs did not help either so your wisdom will really be appreciated.

it uses a shimano octalink BB, was probably made at sugino. It's a nice enough item but it's not particularly special.

I had those on my caad4 when I bought it when new. As said, good cranks, nothing special.

Thanks for all replies. As you mentioned, probably it is a sugino made item.
It's relatively light and finished good and this makes it a good enough component on my commuter road bike restoration.
