hey, that's gotta be worth a prize? ;O) i have a couple team comps and the frame bore a remarkable resemblance. built with tange prestige ultralite and i believe standard equipment in '93, at least, was the inimitable scott unishocks. maybe the earlier ones came with cro-mo rigid fork. i don't know much about them, as they don't show up very often and they weren't in an y canadian catalogs. that said, and looking at the spec(dx), it seems to me they were made as a 'privateer' or budget-racer model, what with the way-light tube-spec and good, reliable, budget-conscious dx parts that could be upgraded as needed or afforded?
anybody know the official story/origins of 'team comp'?
