It's got the 1992 rocky mountain layout and the bulge butted seatube should identify it.
What's the serial number.
Only think that doesn't go is the canti hanger. Unless it's some Canadian targeted model. Equipe used a two pronged hanger, which is the only real model it could be. The short serial means it'll be in house built.
Nowt like a Kona and doesn't have Univega features.
Muddy fox used a similar design as did biketech. I think someone said the same factory made them and so used the design but that's a distantish memory.
