Mid 90's generic frames made in Taiwan were almost certainly made in the giant factory, they mass produced loads for big company's including cb

Cheers all, kind of what I expected and as I'm stuck with a bike thats to big for me I have used a few parts and have come up with this, just need a BB and I will be sorted. Its a bit of a mash up but not that shabby, I think for a tip find.

Not sure how the brake combo is going to work out but if they don't work to well I have some canti leavers with shifter mounts I can cut up.
