Whatever it is, it was madr by lazy people, same dropout with disc tab on both sides...... but more importamtly tell us about the wheel clock. You make or buy that, nice use of spokes for roman numeral

That thing is just weird. Looks like a trial-specific frame with that miniscule seat tube and all those reinforcements in the front third of the frame.
On the one hand I'd think it's a custom job, but on the other hand the frame number is way too random for that.

Haven't a clue I'm afraid. Remember a guy in the uni club having a Vario trials frame, earlier version than this one. Did a Google search and that popped up.
