As much as I would love for it to achieve that I have decided to meet in the middle price wise and sell for £1600 posted which I think is a fair price for both parties through the research I have managed to do, and I would rather we kept it for any less

Hi, found my way here from your for sale thread and am sorry to hear about the circumstances that lead to the present situation of selling the bike BUT I can only echo and agree with this reply....

I'd suggest keeping it for your son to appreciate when he gets older

...plus if and when he does develop an addiction to bikes as his father did and the penny drops to what this bike meant to his father and what it will undoubtedly mean to him, I bet he will always regret letting it go, whatever colour it is

That said, its your decision, good luck with whatever you decide.

I can totally understand your point and would love that too, however we still have several more in the garage for him to tinker with should that be the case
