Any clues?? Dark Zolatone E Stay 'Joran XTR 6' with M550 LX kit

So ...just picked this 'thing' up. Ignoring the various add ons over the years for the previous owner this is a.....

Joran XTR 6

Dark Zolatone
Deore LX drivetrain and brakes (and rear hub)
29.4mm seatpost
1 1/8th stem
No serial number anywhere


Similar but different placement of the pulley wheel at the bottom of the seat tube for the front derailleur, as the Carrera Quattro Pro.

Again similar but different tube shapes/welds where the chain stays meet the down tube to the CQP.

No bottle cage mounts on the underside of the short down tube like the CQP

Any knowledgeable retro wizards have any idea? Google doesn't!

Update - 'Joran Swiss Design' is a retro mtb manufacturer that only a couple of non E Stay bikes with M739 XT kit appear on online searching. Nothing so far about this one though
