As usual work , family and life in general has pushed this and other leisure activities to the back of the queue. Mrs H has been in the local cardio care ward and ordered to take it easy with no stress. Then she gets labyrinthitis and can't walk without falling over . So needless to say I've been running about doing everthing. Things seem to be getting better so hopefully soon be back to normal , whatever that is .

There's always plenty of time once she is better to ride.

I am putting up a couple of rides tonight hopefully, one is a camping weekend, a sort of overnight randonneur ride. Most likely from Garve or Contin down to Achnasheen and then Loch Maree maybe Torrindon and around the loop on the Sunday. Nice easy social ride with a campout at the end. The other is a day run. If interested let me know.
