Answer Manitou 1 Sport Fork Hub Q?

Hi All.

I have a ? which someone might have a simple answer. I have been given some Answer Manitou forks, which needed new elastomers. I've complete this and they work well. When installing on my Kona, I realise that the fork axle width is 130mm and my wheel axle width is 100mm (quick release). Can anyone tell me if there is a conversion piece for a 100mm axle or recommend a period hub 1996 ish) I can use.

Never seen any Manitou 1 / Sport with more than 100mm spacing. Its literally impossible with the crown. Can you show pictures?

Thanks for this. I've spoken before I thought. I put the stantions on the wrong side. Obvious when you look at the brake bosses - they are miles apart! Sorry for wasting your time! Thanks for replying g though.

Got it! ...yes no problem. The cantilever bosses should always face inwards.
