Another silver GT, is it, COULD IT BE...................

... well the end of the top tube is slash cut, ;) but hard to tell 100% from the top quality photo..

and it states a 12" frame... erm I think not.. more like a 16" imho..

It seems when it comes to seeking a zaskar..all shiny gt's are shouting..I am sparticus

I was under the impression that 7005 alloy is superior to 6061. So why all the fuss.

I understand the built in USA and handbuilt, but 6061 is a inferior weaker grade, surely?

Not a GT expert so forgive my ignorance

I thought it was as simple as 6061 is available in the States, so the Yanks used that and 7005 was prevalent in Taiwan - so they used that!

So 7005 has a bit of a stigma because they are usually far east mass produced frames...

I bought this, it was only a few miles away and it seemed rude not to :) I picked it up this evening and it seems in good condition on the whole and I don't think it was bad money. It should tidy up nicely :D
