Another Scamtree pickup- Porsche content

Don't spend your holidays checking gumtree- it gets very expensive!

Picked this up from the original owner tonight- 1996 Porsche S. In good nick, most of the Sachs running gear was "upgraded" to Shimano, but still has Magura's and original wheels.

Elastomers in forks appeared to have given up the ghost but otherwise in VGC

Another project to add to the list...

Came with a lovely Porsche Owners manual in a faux leather folder as well..

What are your plans for it and are the forks compressed (with the dead rubbers) or are they just very short travel? They're wonderfully chunky looking beasts, great on that frame!

Short term it's going to sit in the shed ...

Medium term- rebuild with oeriodish correct Sachs stuff.

Fork elastomers have crumbled with old age. There is a part number for em in the handbook so you never know.....
