If you are planning on selling it then don't paint it. Lots of buyers like to have the original paint and a bit of patina. Also a £200 paint job will not add £200 to value.
I would say if you do decide to paint it for your own pleasure then thoroughly document the current condition with good photos. And I do mean thoroughly. Every side of every tube from every angle. I always wonder what a new paintjob is hiding!
yes i think i'll hold onto it ,i could get it powder coated here in town but i think a pro paint job with decals would be much better.
