Another mystery bike

I came across this frame a few months ago.Its been refurbished+sprayed by Argos so I suspect its not a cheapo
The bridge behind the BB is unusual and I once had one on aFalcon Sterling in the '90s.Frame No.2965 and 130mm
R.wheel spacing.Any ideas?

Ask Argos as they’ll keep records I’d have thought on there renovations of frames

Argos don't keep records of resprays unfortunately but I've just found the full frame no.29659o and the last digit does look like that!
Any more ideas?
