I made another seat tube badge. It is much smaller, I just wanted to give the bike a custom touch for my wife. I did another headbadge which came out a bit better. I just have to cut them out and bend them to the tubes.

Looks like I may be looking into building a Klunker now, wife won't be happy.

I got them cut and shaped. Word to the wise, copper shavings are incredibly sharp.

So it has been almost 6 months. I finally made some progress and got the paint completed. The burgundy colored frame is a 24 inch Montgomery Ward kids bike from the late 30's. That will be the next project for my son. At this rate he will have outgrown it by the time I finish.

Finished. The Atom drum works really well with the deerhead levers. There are still a few minor finishing touches to iron out but she is good to go as is.
