I love riding this Saracen.

I did the new Monkey trail at Cannock Chase a couple of times over the weekend - it really cracks me up when people [who I flew past on the trail] ask you how on earth you can ride such a severe trail on an old clunker with no riser bars or suspension on the rear! And when they mock the 'bull bars' I could slap them lol.

My son Elliot, who has a 2009 Scott Scale [with a blown fork at the moment] rode my beat up original 96 Saracen Terratrax round the Monkey trail - complete with a spoke missing/severe buckled rear wheel, no SPD's [he's used to riding SPD and its hard to go back to flats] and loose headset - he nailed it no probs!

It just goes to show how soft we would have all got if we weren't into Retro
