Not sure what the cam drive is but it will be either belt or chain, not both. Long list of vehicles that engine is in too.

You can be both. Early versions of the PSA DW12TED4 had a belt driving one cam, and a chain from the first cam driving the second, so chain/belt.combinations are to be found.occasionally.

The 1.6 HDi DV6ATED4 is a fine engine, revvy, sprightly and economical. However, it's utterly crucial it's run on only 5w/30 fully synth (low ash on the later.DPF equipped BTED4) and its changed bang on the button at 12.5k miles. By the time they get to the second hand market they generally end up serviced at independents who don't fully appreciate the necessity of the precise oil being used, and that's when the problems occur. Ford, Volvo, Mini all use the Same motor, and Ford won't fund any warranty engine repairs until a sample of oil is tested if any stamps in the book aren't official Ford. In recent users word has spread and this is not such a problem, and a More robust Garret blower as used from 2007 onwards. However, service history is crucial so don't touch one with missing services, or stamps from an independent without invoices to confirm the correct oil was used.

Modern engines are by and large extremely lube critical because of emissions control rubbish and every improving production tolerances. And new engine design from post 2008 or so is liable to be equally oil sensitive, so used buyers really need to start getting used to passing on high mile modern tin with holes in the history.
