They are 700

As brake pads are upwards, the levers feel just fine, no problem solvers needed

Thanks for confirming, never seen them before. Picked up a set of Indy Fab cx forks last year , and been looking for a way to go 700c on rear of my 26” mtb.

Those HED wheels are quite something!
