But the remade Ground Control tyres seem to have left the party to make way for the Schwalbes?

They were different to the originals but I always thought the tires were one of the things that made this special.

If I was in the market for a 25th anniversary edition, I'd want it as shipped from the factory not with someone's idea of what the components should be.

Probably doesn't help that they've stuffed it with Campag. I had one of those rear mechs and it spectacularly fell apart while riding on the road.
