Wanted Angled seat post clamp for 95 Altitude

Posting this for a lark as I have seen similar wanted ads for this very item that stagnate for eternity.
Might as well be asking for a RM Wedge. However, if any kind soul has one collecting dust, I am in need

Hi, I filed the top lip out of a more modern seat binder so it could slide down beyond the angled portion ...used thin gauge brass sheeting
underneath to "protect" the seat-tube. Was the only thing that actually held that damn post from slipping .
