No not at all. If you can find an ap frame number under the bb you’d have half a chance, especially if you had the original fork.

And an accurate size c to t. (Middle of pedals to top of seat tube)

I paid 75 for a ratty full bike in Bristol. And not much more for a mint one. See first two in sig.

Thanks, it's 54cm ctt. I'm led to believe it wasn't unusual for Andy not to number his own Andy Powell frames but I appreciate there's no way of telling exactly who made it. Frustratingly the guy I bought it from said he could get me an Overburys Anatomic saddle that was with it but it never materialised. Fork is a shame, yep.
