Today I rode a bicycle for the first time in what seems like ages. 34.5 miles, 1700ft climbing on the road bike at 15.64mph average speed. Amazing, after a couple of months of doing bugger all exercise, I am not fit.

New wheels are nice though.

out for a muddy run on the surly tonight and found out that mary bars are much better fitted the right way up ha ha. Loving the big hoops and the new ardent front tyre was a hit.

Also packaged up the dekerf frame off to pastures new, down to four bikes now, the garage steel are all feart they might be next :twisted:
