Got a wee road run in today and went on the waiting list for ma knee arthroscopy, they had to send me for an ecg as my resting heart rate was 45! The nurse asked me if i was a fitness fanatic ha ha nearly fell off my chair

Also got a ringle seatpost clamp for the yo so just a nice seatpost and she is finito
