You can make one quite easily. I used a Dahon folding bike frame and the fork and wheel out of one of those imitation penny farthings, but you could use a unicycle frame as a fork.

good day for me the day, final sign off/discharge from the surgeon for the shoulder.

and physio reckons I'm only a few weeks from getting back on a bike (not on singletrack though) so on the mend.
