Interesting. Every time I end up in A&E the nurse gives me one. Certainly makes the visit memorable.

The bike is pretty minted few very small chips in the paint but not much to speak of and the xtr cranks have hardly been used albeit the lacquer on these are bad in places so a polish could be on the cards.
