I'd like it too if it had some way to hold the wheel when the leaf springs inevitably start to snap. Just to make sure you can come to a controlled stop rather than having the fork legs digging into the dirt and throwing you over the handlebar.
Also not too impressed with the lack of setup options. This reminds me of a simple spring without damping.

Good to see some out-of-the-box thinking, as for lateral stiffness, it looks to be just the leaf springs themselves that stop the wheel twisting sideways??
I guess they must be stiff enough in that direction that it's all that is needed.
