Final kit is complete and working on my B4 Mercedes bike!! See pics of kits below. It will contain:

FRONT - bracket, 2 mounting bolts, 2 lock nuts, 2 washers, 2 25mm caliper bracket bolts
REAR - bracket, 2 mounting bolts, 2 lock nuts, 2 washers, 2 25mm caliper bracket bolts
SWING ARM PIVOT HARDWARE - This is to swap the bolt in the rear swingarm pivot to allow disc rotor clearance. 1 bolt, 3 washers, 1 machined bushing to fill bolt head hole, 1 lock nut

I am still waiting for bulk pricing from the machinist (sorry). So far the order list is below. Feel free to add on in the meantime.

**NOTE: This works on my B4 with my brake set up. I cannot confirm it will work on your bike with your brakes. Please realize that there may be some fussing and tweaking on your end to get everything to "line up"

BTW, the B4 is for sale if interested.

I'm not an expert, but that sure looks like an AMP rear (earlier model) with disc tab holes. Maybe one of the other experts on the chain can confirm. Your frame has welded stays/dropouts. Mine are pressed and clearance between the rotor and seat stay is tight. I imagine the rotor and bracket etc. will clear your seat stays, but am not 100%.
