Hi,
Finally have a chance to post this
I have an AMP full suspension MTB which was my Dads before he pasted away a year and a half ago.
It has the Amp linkage F2 fork.
Its loaded with retro XTR and XT kit including
XTR 8spd rapid fire,
XTR Brakes (Cantilevers),
Deore XT rear derailleur,
STX chain rings (FC-MC030).
Wheels are XTR hubs on Campagnolo Stheno 6083 Alloy T6 rims.
Impact headset, seat post is a Roox and Fred Salmon handlebars.
The stem and saddle were changed to help in comfort when my Dad rode it later in life, however I have the Stem which is an Azonic O.R.C but no saddle.
Oh and ignore the tyres as I was using the rear wheel on my turbo trainer bike
The bike is in very good condition was hardly used, only really on disused rail way lines and the odd trip to Lakes and forest tracks.
Think its about a 1993 - 94 (has the oval down-tube) The donor bike was a Giant Carbon Fibre (Cadex CFM1?) I remember that at the time you couldn't buy the AMP bike just the frame and forks and XC full suspension bikes were a new thing.
I am open to offers, would split the components if required, but would be easier if the bike goes as is as I don't have much time to disassemble
I would love to keep the bike but have limited space.
Thanks
Richard
