Amp and Syncros Spares

Hi there, wonder if anyone has any idea where I can get some spare parts for the following bits...

Axles and bushings for an AMP B3 rear swing arm (and possibly a spare swing arm, just in case!)

Bearings for a Syncros Hard-core Ti Bottom bracket.

The bearings should be a standard size and fairly easy to get.
