American Classic Water Bottle Cage

I have an American Classic titanium water bottle cage similar to the one in the picture. Mine is missing the mounting hardware (like the one on the left). Does anyone know where I could buy new hardware for it. I'm Not too worried about the bolts. I'm more interested in the nylon clips. Thanks.

Just for info, the black 'clips' that are used to seat the cage are aluminium on the ones I have, If you need to borrow one to get some made, let me know.
