Am I becoming obsessed or is this a 'faulty' item?

It's faulty item. On the brightside, you've made a great meeting place for the OCD inclined

Does *iss me off too when things should be made to reasonable tolerances; at least the faceplate
of the stem seems to sit straight unlike an ITM I had.

is it the lines or the textured centre section that are off centre? or both?

would bug me too...

Re:

"Zipp handlebars are designed and proven only after stringent manufacturing quality control checks, extensive internal testing and independent EFBe certification. Zipp bars are required to pass the most stringent known standards"

Well give or take a couple of mm anyway :D

I have found this whole thread so distressing I've had to open a bottle of red wine to calm down :D

Ain't no new thing. Some of you should've seen my oval badge 1a before I took a file to it..... or maybe not..

Or are the horizontal lines on the left side longer than on the right side?

Can the center target be trusted or is that a pigs ear too?

It's a bloody outrage; I've painted window frames with a 2" brush with better precision.

Think I'm going to have a stiff drink too come to think of it. All because of Zipp. :D

Re:

'Dead Centre' exists in an inaccessible world of ideal forms- but then it's easy for me to torque- my bars and stem are in a long term Platonic relationship...
