Altus A10 rear mech

Right, so I got this bike that's equipped with a full Altus A10 set minus the rear mech, which has been replaced by an Acera.
I know the Acera is better, but for originality's sake I'd like to slap on an Altus mech.

If you have one in reasonably good shape, please get in touch.

I know. However the Acera mech looks just wrong and has some issues. Whenever I try to shift, it appears the Acera needs to think hard and long about its function before it starts to move.
Shifting takes more than half a second. The Altus can't be that much worse.

No worries, and thanks for looking. The A10 group appears to be rare, so I would have been surprised if I had gotten it that soon.

My 503 came with a full A10 groupset! I have to check if I still have it.... but there is a possibility I threw it away...
