The V version of the onza HO (High-loutput) was the HOLA (High-output, long arm). Yup comparatively very rare, but nice.
Other V's, yup marinovative and brooklyn covered, Pauls? Acor 9doesn't have the pedigree). And if you're not talking solely V, then Grafton (SC/ MAG, SC II), Paul again, critical racing, Joes.
Check out the bikepro page http://www.bikepro.com/products/brakes/ ... anti.shtml for a few more.

Avid Arch Supreme.

Avid Ultimate.

Personally I have always found nothing better** than an Avid Ultimate and an XTR lever. (the Avid Ultimate levers are beautiful, but a bit wobbly and not as good as the XTR ones.

**However, I am using a boggo el cheapo set of avid SD levers and some cheapo avid V's on my station bike and they are about the best brakes i own! ( i don't want to admit this though as the Ultimate Levers are beautiful).

Proshift + Kooka V Levers, very nice feeling & stopping powa
