i knew the alloy e-stay bikes were liable to crack,but Ti? always thought that stuff would "last forever"?

Have a look on yhis site you'll find a few cracked Ti frames,anything can crack if ridden hard enough :shock: . There are a few guys out there that could do a good repair on that

Really tempted to have a go at this one, been looking for ti-mega for ages. It's in my size too, but limited funds and that crack are telling me to stay clear :?

I want this and i think i could get it fixed pretty easily. Just not sure how much postage would be, anyone got a clue?

Pm'd the seller and he said $100 maybe but was just a guess.

When you say fixed pretty easily I hope you mean by a Ti specialist such as Enigma,Ti needs to be totally purged of oxygen while welding,its not just a case of TIGing it like steel.It makes it brittle if there's any oxygen present.
Not sure on the postage,$100 doesn't sound too bad to me,don't forget you might get stung for duty aswell though :evil:
